Groove & Flow is an all-inclusive music, dance, and yoga class for children with an adult buddy. Join us to meet new friends and explore rhythm, melody, and movement through games and songs! The class is recommend for children ages 1 to 10, but is open to all ages.

Join us for a 45-minute music jam with your kiddo! Sing, play, and groove together in a super fun, interactive session.

Afterward, enjoy a 2-hour free play pass to explore, play, and keep the fun going! It's a perfect mix of music and adventure!
